Focus Items (not resolutions) for 2013

I'm going to print this out and hang it on my wall(s) and hold myself accountable this year. ALL of these items are 100% in my control and if they don't happen - FAIL on my part. Bring on 2013! 

1. Better Posture



2. More POSITIVE thoughts


3. Observe what I think



4. Let things go



5. Be KINDER - to everyone, even those that may seem undeserving in the moment



6. CONTINUE My Gratitude Journal



7. Better follow through on ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I start



8. Live in the moment


9. Just because it's food, doesn't mean it needs to go in my MOUTH!
