Gray is my favorite color

I'm not good at long cohesive blog posts about one topic, that's just not how my brain works. So this is going to be another random gathering of thoughts.

So I'm officially getting old and I'm not a fan. Found my first gray hair yesterday and yanked it as fast as I could (after taking an obligatory documentation picture of course). Thank GOD I have a hair appointment next week just to take care of anymore that may be lingering. Although, I'm telling myself it was just the one and almost 30 is the new almost 25.

Also - officially printed out my focus items for 2013 and have them hanging where I can "review" them each morning while I'm getting ready. Loving that!

This started as a blog to get me through the renovation on what we like to call our home. The condo didn't need a ton of 23948 dollar renovations however JM thought it would be a great project to practice all the things we want to do in our "dream lake house" in a 56 square foot condo. 

Still losing my mind on the reg, however internalizing it for the most part and then letting it go.

I'm certainly not paying for a speaker system in the ceiling for a 56 square foot condo where I can hiccup and the third floor can hear me, but apparently that thinking is radical. 

I also may prefer floors and a ceiling before anything else, but have been assured that a "footprint" is essential  to being able to complete those things. I'll provide the footprint all right, but probably a different kind than he was talking about.

So we have a new water heater, a new dishwasher, a speaker system for most of the house and HUGE BRIGHT LED lights with switches and stands for the wireless switches. One light is installed awkwardly in the living room as a "tester" and everything else is still in the box. Oh yes, we also got some metal studs. 

So as you can see - his ADD is kicking in hard core. I'm going to need to get some of those meds from the black market and put them in his damn applesauce cause he needs to focus. 

Breatheeeeeee.

So that's an update on that.

Other than that - COLOR RUN walk next weekend. Jigga what? More on that later. I'm more excited about coordinating outfits with K & L than I am about the race.
