Oh, haaaayy

So apparently work and life found out I found a little hobby in blogging and decided that they were jealous. SO - my time has been hard core monopolized by the both of them and the fact that I haven't even had the chance to read blogs in weeks is a HUGE problemo for me.

I'm going to give you my weekend update from like 12 weeks ago and we'll pretend we're caught up.

(1) Crashed a girls night with a co-worker at PF Changs when my girls cancelled on me (apparently your husband being in the ER is a valid excuse) - mmmmhmmm.  Chang's Mai Tai - delightful! 

(2) Had a lovely weekend in Tampa where we went to Bern's Steakhouse and saw WICKED! Bern's was amazing and front row at Wicked was even better! Great weekend!

(3) I purchased a monogrammed mug from Anthropologie that I treat like a child. LOVE THIS MUG.

(4) Since then I've gotten a pedicure, gotten sick, gotten better, started my reign as the Marketing Chair of EMERGE Lakeland, joined the Junior Achievement board, thought about going to the gym, gone to a 4 year olds birthday party, raced go karts and tried to stay sane during a pretty transitional time. 

This is what I'm focusing on these days, it is SO much harder than it should be and that bothers me!

Anyways - here's to a peaceful week.

PS - Thinking of my dad these next two weeks as he undergoes some pretty intense chemo, it's definitely hitting him pretty hard but here's hoping to positive results and it all being worth it. Love you Dad!! (and Mom!! :))
