My weekend can be summed up into two parts: Friday and The Rest of the Weekend.

Let's start with Friday shall we?

A co-worker and I decided to head to a new local watering hole called Patio850 after work and grab a 'quick drink' before heading to PigFest (local BBQ competition).

Quick Note - it was a hellaciously stressful intense week. 

Well this place happened be be ugh maze ing. I'll bullet point it's amazingness for you.

• Whipped goat cheese spread with crusty bread - take what you're imagining and multiply it by 12.5, that good!! 
• Cider, goes down like apple juice but magical apple juice that makes the hellacious week seem farther and farther from my overfilled mind. 
• White lights on trees, in case you don't know - I have a mild obsession with that trend. If I could I would have trees in my house with white lights as my only source of light - that would be GREAT
• The absolute PEERFECT weather. I'm at the perfect temperature like twice a year, I am mostly always cold but generally to an extreme one way or the other. I can't capture how perfect this night was.
• Casey - the angelic voice is the one holding the guitar in the above picture. Honestly I was in the middle of a conversation and he started his first song and I stopped what I was doing and stared in his direction with a dropped jaw. He also sang Matt Nathanson - loveeeee. 
• Small fire pits scattered among the patio, that smell fit perfectly with the weather and the ambiance of the evening
• Because we stayed way later than we had planned we did experience a bit of chill in the air which prompted the most gentle of heat to enter my personal space from the appropriately placed porch heater.

The Rest of the Weekend found me trying to extract every ounce of relaxation that I could in preparation for an equally hellacious week I imagine I'll be having this week. I caught up on DVR stuff and we finished season 6 of Dexter. Worked a tiny bit, however making lists with a sharpie hardly counts.

I did successfully avoid laundry for two plus weeks now. Today's outfit is...interesting.

So, that's that. I'd like some more weekends like this one but maybe with the addition of a laundry maid.
